Kimberly is known for her warm personality & friendly smile. She enjoys creating a comfortable & welcoming experience for everyone. Her naturally positive demeanor & love for bringing a smile to those around her enhances the care & comfort of our patients.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, watching movies & taking part in family activities.

Cassandra – Treatment Coordinator
Cassandra has worked front desk dentistry for about a year & loves helping people & making sure they have a pleasant experience at our office. She has three kids, two boys & one girl & absolutely loves being a mom.
In her free time, she enjoys taking her kids new places, traveling, going to concerts & reading.

Maricsa – Orthodontic Assistant
Maricsa has been a dental assistant for many years now at Austell Dental Excellence. She graduated from Dental Assistant of Atlanta & has been working with braces to help patients achieve a healthy & beautiful smile.
In her free time, she enjoys riding horses at her farm & loves to spend time with her loved ones.
Zanye – Orthodontic Assistant
Zanye is a graduate of SOA—The School of Orthodontic Assisting—& a social, passionate orthodontic assistant who loves helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She enjoys creating a positive & welcoming experience for every patient.
In her free time, Zanye enjoys traveling, shopping, going to the gym & spending quality time with friends & family.
Hygienists
LaRanda, RDH, BS, FADHA – Hygienist
LaRanda was raised in Kentucky & moved to Georgia in 2003. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with an AAS in Dental Hygiene in 1993. She continued her education earning a Bachelor of Science from Brescia University in 2002 & completed the prestigious Fellowship program with the American Dental Hygienists’ Association in 2024. She holds certification for local anesthesia as well as the use of laser technology.
LaRanda has many years of experience working in general, periodontal & cosmetic practices & offers a broad understanding of dentistry including dental sleep medicine & orthodontics. She is a lifelong learner & enjoys staying current with all the latest technology & dental related topics.
In her spare time you can find her on the tennis or pickleball court, traveling with her family, or snuggling with her sweet 5-pound Maltipoo, Daisy.
Natalia – Hygienist Assistant
Natalia graduated from Dental Staff School. She loves helping people feel good about their smiles, & being a part of that journey is something she truly enjoys.
In her free time, she loves listening to music & spending time with her dog.

Randy – Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
With several years of hands-on experience in the dental field, Randy has developed strong skills in chairside assisting, patient care & office efficiency. He is highly skilled in preparing treatment rooms, assisting with a wide range of dental procedures, sterilizing instruments & ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit. Over the years, he has worked closely with dentists, hygienists & administrative teams to provide exceptional care & create a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. His passion for dentistry comes from a genuine desire to help others feel confident in their smiles while receiving compassionate & professional care.
Janee – Dental Assistant
Janee was born & raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Fortis College, where she found her love for taking care of patients & helping them with their needs.
Outside of the office, Janee enjoys cooking & mini vacations.
Alexia – Dental Assistant
Alexia attended Assisting 101, where she earned her dental assisting degree & built a strong foundation in patient care & clinical skills. She especially enjoys assisting with fillings & extractions & loves making patients feel comfortable, laugh & at ease during their visits.
Outside of dentistry, Alexia enjoys playing video games, traveling & experiencing new places.
